GENERAL
I may stream or share working on the commission unless you select otherwise for gift, commercial, etc reason
Reference utilizing AI will be declined
PAYMENTS
Paid in full upfront before I begin working
I can split payment if necessary (half upfront and half before completion) for commissions that are over 200 usd
REVISIONS
I can revise the commission 3 times for free
After that, there's a +$10 fee per revision request
I appreciate if you list all revisions you see with any WIP so it's faster and easier to complete it to your vision
USE
All prices are for personal use
Small edits, social media posts, icons, streaming assets, personal prints/stickers, are all good
Contact me to purchase commercial rights if you would like to use your commission for merchandise/profit.
None of my work may be claimed/minted for NFT
DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
Unless a specific deadline is set, please allow up to 60 days for completion. I will contact you if, for any reason, the commission is expected to take longer or it must be delayed
Rush fees are charged as +25% on orders needing completion in under 14 days or +50% if needed in less than 7 days
REFUNDS
You are entitled to ask for a refund at any time and are not required to provide a reason. Full refunds will only be issued if work has not yet begun
If work has begun, only a partial refund of up to 50% will be given depending on the amount of work completed
If I find myself unable to complete the commission, a full refund will be issued
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
I retain all rights to my work and usage for sample, promotional, portfolio, and other purposes

shipping
I am shipping from the US
The tracking number of the shipped order will be sent to the client as soon as the order is shipped
Physical commissions will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate, unless a different method is required or requested
Shipping insurance may be provided upon request and must be paid before product is shipped
I will NOT be responsible for any loss in the postal service. If the package becomes lost in the postal service, I will not be responsible for re-making or refunding any item
If the order arrives damaged:
1). the client must reach out to me within 14 business days after receiving the order
2). The client must provide pictures of the damage so I can assess the best way to help resolve the issues
3). I reserve the right to determine how shipping charges will be handled if the artwork needs to be shipped back for repairs
